- Send Tax/condo change of ownership on completion of closing (Purchases)
- Reporting letters prepared for both client and lender, uploaded to shared file platform for review and signing, and sent to client/lender on completion
- Follow up on undertakings, and notify client/other counsel on completion and fulfillment

We also offer title searching services, that includes Whole Lot/Part Lot/Adjacent Lands/Writ Search, and provide all the saved attachments along with a title search summary on completion.
